Experimental details

Human melanoma cell line A375 was stained with Ultra-LEAF™ Purified CD213a2 (clone 47) (filled histogram) or LEAF™ Purified mouse IgG1, κ isotype control (open black histogram) followed by anti-mouse IgG-FITC. The staining was completely blocked by pre-incubation of the cells with recombinant human IL-13 (open red histogram).
