Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human Semaphorin 3A in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Semaphorin 3B, 3E, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 7A, recombinant mouse Semaphorin 3C, or 3F is observed.
