Western blot analysis of PPIL1 in Lane A: U87MG Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: K562 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane C: Hela Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a PPIL1 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29493) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 at a 1:15000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:18 kDa. Observed band size:19 kDa.

Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:15,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 18 kDa. Observed band size: 19 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Experimental details

Flow cytometric analysis of Human PPIL1 expression on MCF-7 cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual, stained with PPIL1 Monoclonal Antibody (8) (Product # MA5-29493), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
