IP analysis was performed with rat brain lysate and either Maxi Potassium channel alpha antibody (lane 2) or pre-immune serum (lane 3). Control lysate (lane 1) and the precipitates (lanes 2 and 3) were detected by the same antibody. The upper arrow indicates the Maxi Potassium channel alpha while the lower arrow indicates the IgG heavy chain.
