- Detection of Human ADAM22 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human brain (motor cortex) tissue, human brain (cerebellum) tissue, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line (negative control), and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (negative control). PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human ADAM22 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB49081) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for ADAM22 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
