- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Glyoxalase I by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Glyoxalase I Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4959) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Glyoxalase I at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.

- Detection of Human Glyoxalase I by Simple WesternTM Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Glyoxalase I at approximately 33 kDa (as indicated) using 50 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Glyoxalase I Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4959) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
