- Immunoprecipitation: TRERF1 Antibody [NB100-81654] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. NB100-81654 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. TReP-132/TRERF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TReP-132/TRERF1 antibody NB100-81655, which recognizes a downstream epitope.

- Immunoprecipitation: TRERF1 Antibody [NB100-81654] - Detection of human TRERF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRERF1 antibody NB100-81654 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. TRERF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TRERF1 antibody NB100-81655. For blotting immunoprecipitated TRERF1, NB100-81655 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
