- Detection of Human DLL3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Hs 294T human melanoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human DLL3 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AB4315) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for DLL3 at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of DLL3 in U-118-MG Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. U-118-MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Human DLL3 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AB4315, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0108).
