- Product name
- SPANXB1 Monoclonal Antibody (OTI6G2), TrueMAB™
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Recombinant full-length protein
- Description
- For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)

- HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SPANXB1 (RC221009, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SPAN. Positive lysates LY410096 (100 µg) and LC410096 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
