- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat ARK5/NUAK1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cell line, mouse heart tissue, and rat heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat ARK5/NUAK1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6978) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for ARK5/NUAK1 at approximately 74 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
