- Detection of human JLP by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-JLP antibody A300-336A (Lot A300-336A-2) used for WB at 0.2 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. JLP was also immunoprecipitated by the previous lot (Lot A300-336A-1) of this antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated JLP, the ReliaBLOT® Reagents and Procedures (Cat. No. WB120) were used. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).

JLP was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A300-336A-3) and rabbit anti-JLP antibody (Product # A300-337A). For blotting immunoprecipitated JLP (Product # A300-336A) was used at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
