Immunoblot Analysis (Representative blot from a previous lot): Rat Brain Microsomal Preparations lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Rat Na+/K+ ATPase alpha 3 fusion protein (1 µg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat antirabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
