- Detection of Human and Mouse DACT3/Dapper 3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human brain tissue and mouse brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse DACT3/Dapper 3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5767) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). Specific bands were detected for DACT3/Dapper 3 at approximately 45 kDa with human brain and 50 kDa with mouse brain (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
