Description

This Argonaute antibody has been validated for use in chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP, 10 µg per ChIP), immunofluorescence (1 - 2 µg/ml), immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation (10 µg per IP) and Western blotting (0.5 - 2 µg/ml). It recognizes Ago1, Ago2 and Ago3 proteins. It has also been validated for use in HITS-CLIP (high-throughput sequencing of RNA isolated by crosslinking immunoprecipitation) and RIP-ChIP.
