Experimental details

Total cell lysates (15µg protein) from THP1 (negative control), Ramos and Raji (negative control) were resolved by 4-12% Bis-tris gel electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with 1µg/mL purified anti-BACH2 antibody (clone 16B10B53) antibody (upper). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-β-actin Antibody was used as a loading control (lower). Lane M*: MW ladder with longer exposure time.
