- Western blot analysis of VGLUT1 in rat brain membrane lysate. The sample was incubated with VGLUT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27614) using a dilution of 1:1000.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-VGLUT1 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-27614) and a 50 kDa band corresponding to VGLUT1 was observed across tissues tested. Mouse Brain (Lane 1), Rat Brain (Lane 2) and Mouse Spleen (Lane 3) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A28177, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of VGLUT1 in paraffin-embedded mouse spinal cord. Samples were incubated with VGLUT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27614) using a dilution of 1:500 (16 hours at RT) and followed by Alexa Fluor 555 Donkey Anti-Mouse (red) and NeuN (green) at a dilution of 1:2000 (2 hours at RT).
