- Western blot analysis of CAP1 in Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a CAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80946) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), HRP Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:52 kDa.

- Immunofluorescence staining of CAP1 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80946, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
