Western Blot: RNA Polymerase II/POLR2A Antibody (CTD 4H8) [NBP2-50274] - Monoclonal antibody 4H8. RNA polymerase II (RNAP II) contains 12 subunits. The C-terminal domain of the largest subunit of RNA polymerase II (RNAP II) contains a highly conserved heptapeptide repeat, YSPTSPS. Monoclonal antibody 4H8 was obtained using synthetic peptide and specifically recognises the C-terminal domain of RNAP II.
