- Western blot analysis of HP1 beta in Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: MCF7 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane C: A431 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane D: 293T Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). - Immunofluorescence staining of HP1 beta in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with HP1 beta Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81494, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.
