- Detection of Human and Mouse DGK-iota by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and mouse brain tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat DGK-iota Antigen Affinity-purified Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6435) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for DGK-iota at approximately 115 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
