- Western blot analysis of CLDND2 was performed by loading Lane 1-4: Hela, 293T, PC3 and TM4 cell lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a CLDND2 antibody (Product # PA5-51345) at a 1/400 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
