Western blot analysis of melanoma cells with Methylated Lysine pAb. Histones were isolated with cold 0.1N HCl extraction, then probed with 0.5µg/ml of Methylated Lysine pAb in TBSt and blocked with synthetic methylated BSA 100µg/ml (left). And 0.5µg/ml of Methylated Lysine pAb in TBSt (right).
