- Immunohistochemical analysis of PDZD3 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney. Samples were incubated in PDZD3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA3-16819) using a dilution of 1:300 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane in epithelial cells in convoluted tubules.
