IP analysis was performed with Kv11.1 expressing HEK293 lysates and Kv11.1 antibodies GTX54785 (lane 2), GTX54776 (lane 3), GTX54789 (lane 4) or pre-immune serum (lane 5). Control lysate (lane 1) and the precipitates were detected by GTX54789. Red arrow indicates Kv11.1 while the black arrow shows the IgG heavy chain.
