- Immunocytochemistry of HL-1 mouse atrial tumor cells using MAb to HERG1 (human) (A12) (Prod. No. ALX-804-652) (dilution: 1:25). Method: HL-1 cells were blocked with 1% BSA in PBS for 30 min on ice and then incubated with MAb to HERG1 (human) (A12)Êdiluted 1:25 in 1% BSA in PBS for 2 hrs on ice. Cells were then fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde for 30 min atÊRT and blocked with 5% donkey serum in PBS-T (0.05% tween) for 30 min at RT and then with donkey anti-mouse alexa 488 secondary antibody for 1hr at RT.
