- Western Blot: BTBD15 Antibody [NBP1-78185] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZBTB44 antibody used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. ZBTB44 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZBTB44 antibody NBP1-78184, which recognizes an upstream epitope.
