- Immunoprecipitation: NCAPD3 Antibody [NB100-1573] - Detection of human CAP-D3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-D3 antibody (lot NB100-1573-4) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CAP-D3 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-1573-3). For blotting immunoprecipitated CAP-D3, NB100-1573 was used at 0.2 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
