Experimental details

Detection of Human ULBP-4/RAET1E by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human ULBP-4/RAET1E Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6285) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for ULBP-4/RAET1E at approximately 32 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
