Experimental details

Detection of Human GalNAc alpha-2,6 sialyltransferase V/ ST6GALNAC5 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human GalNAc alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase V/ST6GALNAC5 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6715) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for GalNAc alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase V/ST6GALNAC5 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
