- Western blot analysis from lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of mouse Anti-human N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase V/MGAT5 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24325) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase V/MGAT5 at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
