- Detection of human PRUNE with MAb to PRUNE (4G3/4) (Prod. No. ALX-804-823). Method: Control lysate from wild type 5YSY Neuroblastoma cells (20µg, lane 1), cell lysate from a stable clone 5YSY overexpressinghuman PRUNE (20µg, lane 2) and purified human PRUNE protein from baculovirus expressing clone one passage purification (40ng, lane 3) were run on SDS-PAGE. PRUNE was detected by Western blot with ALX-804-823 at 1:500 dilution.
