- FACS analysis using MAb to to Toll-like Receptor 4/MD-2 (mouse) (MTS510) (Prod. No. ALX-804-430). Method: Mouse BaF3 Cells (5 x 10E5) expressing surface mTLR4 alone or together with the accessory protein MD-2 or BaF3 parental cells, were incubated on ice for 30min. in 50µl FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% azide) containing 1µg/ml of MAb to Toll-like Receptor 4/MD-2 (mouse) (MTS510). After washing in FACS buffer, FITC-conjugated antibody to rat IgG (Prod. No. ALX-211-051) was added. Cells were incubated on ice for 30 min., washed and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
