- VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 in HUVECs and Human HeLa Cell Line. VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 was detected in immersion fixed human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs; left panel) but is not detected in Hela human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line (right panel) using Mouse Anti-Human VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3571) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). - VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 in Human Kidney. VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney array using Human VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3571) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower panel shows a lack of labeling if primary antibodies are omitted and tissue is stained only with secondary antibody followed by incubation with detection reagents.
