- Western blot analysis of FEV in K562 whole cell lysate using 20 µg of protein per lane. Samples were first blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST, incubated with FEV polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72274) using a dilution of 1:2000 followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:10,000.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of FEV in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue. Samples were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were then incubated with FEV polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72274) using a dilution of 1:25 for 1 hours at 37°C. An undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
