- Western blot analysis of DSTYK was performed by loading (from left to right): 823 and hepg2 cell lysates (40µg) on to a 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a DSTYK antibody (Product # PA5-50871) at a 1/200 dilution for 1 minute, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
