- Detection of Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line and rat brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7307) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for SIRP alpha/CD172a at approximately 75-140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of SIRP alpha/CD172a in PC-12 Rat Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7307, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0041, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).

- Adhesion Induced by SIRP alpha/ CD172a and Neutralization by Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a Antibody. Recombinant Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a (Catalog # 7307-SA) supports the adhesion in mouse red blood cells in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Adhesion elicited by Recombinant Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a (6 μg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Rat SIRP alpha/CD172a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7307). The ND50 is typically 0.04-0.16 μg/mL.
