- Detection of Human Mena by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, MDA-MB-453 human breast cancer cell line, HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells, and T47D human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Human Mena Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5304) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). Specific bands were detected for Mena at approximately 80 and 88 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
