- ChIP assay was performed with 293 lysate and either Histone H3K27me3 (tri-methyl Lys27) antibody or rabbit IgG. The precipitated DNA was detected by qPCR with primer sets targeting to indicated genes. Histogram was constructed by the ratios of the immunoprecipitated DNA to the input.
