- ChIP: PCR analysis of gamma-actin gene in 293 cell line lysates after ChIP with ARG54760 anti-Histone H3 monomethyl (Lys4) antibody - ChIP-Grade or control IgG antibody. P1, P2 and P3 were probes located on gamma-actin gene as the schematic diagram illustrated. The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA was checked by quantitative PCR.
