This Histone H2A acetyl Lys5 antibody (H2AK5Ac) has been validated for use in Western blotting (1:500 - 1:2,000 dilution). Specificity for H2A acetylated at lysine 5 has been confirmed by dot blot. This product is specific for histone H2A acetylated at lysine 5. Overnight incubation is recommended for Western blotting. Due to evolutionary conservation, a wide range of species reactivity is expected.
