Description

Translin-associated protein X, also known as, Translin-associated factor X, and encoded by the gene names TSNAX or TRAX, a DNA-binding protein that binds consensus sequences at breakpoint junctions of chromosomal translocations. TSNAX contains bipartite nuclear targeting sequences that may provide nuclear transport for translin, which lacks any nuclear targeting motifs. TSNAX is expressed in the cytoplasm in the presence of TSN.

Storage

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance. Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
