Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ERO1LB Antibody (M37-P5D11) [NBP2-50389] - Immunohistochemistry images are showing a stronger cytoplasmic staining of ERO1LB in (A) primary colorectal cancer compared to (B) normal colon mucosa using ERO1LB Antibody (M37-P5D11). IHC was performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Antigen retrieval step is required (microwave 10 min @ 950W in 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0).
