- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human KIR3DL1. Did not cross-react with other KIR family members when tested against a series of KIR-expressing BaF/3 tansfectants (KIR2DL1, KIR2DL2, KIR2DL3, KIR2DL4, KIR2DS1, KIR2DS2, KIR2DS3, KIR2DS4, and KIR3DL2; Bakker, A.B.H. et al. (1998) J. Immunol. 160:5239).
