- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Calcineurin B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse brain tissue, HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line, C6 rat glioma cell line, and TS1 mouse helper T cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Calcineurin B Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1348) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Calcineurin B at approximately 19 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of Human Calcineurin B by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Calcineurin B at approximately 24 kDa (as indicated) using 2.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Calcineurin B Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1348). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
