- THP-1 cells were infected with virus in presence of IFNAR2 antibody (Product # 213851, final concentration: 10 µg/mL). Cells were collected at 24 hours post-infection followed by RNA extraction and RT-qPCR. The mRNA level of AIM2, an interferon-inducible protein, was measured by real-time PCR.
