The effector mechanisms of Ocrelizumab (anti-CD20) are complement-dependent cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Ocrelizumab (anti-CD20) is the first monoclonal antibody for secondary primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS).
