- Detection of Human Glucuronosyltransferase 1A1/UGT1A1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Glucuronosyltransferase 1A1/UGT1A1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6490) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for Glucuronosyltransferase 1A1/UGT1A1 at approximately 57 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.

- Glucuronosyltransferase 1A1/UGT1A1 in Human Liver. Glucuronosyltransferase 1A1/UGT1A1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver using Goat Anti-Human Glucuronosyltransferase 1A1/ UGT1A1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6490) at 3 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counter-stained with hematoxylin (blue).
