- Mouse Cathepsin X/Z/P Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Immunogen affinity purified. Detects mouse Cathepsin X/Z/P in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Cathepsin X/Z/P is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Cathepsin B, C, D, H, and L is observed.

- Cathepsin X/Z/P in Mouse Splenocytes. Cathepsin X/Z/P was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Goat Anti-Mouse Cathepsin X/Z/P Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1033) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
