- Detection of Human and Mouse Cyclin D3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Cyclin D3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6570) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Cyclin D3 at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Cyclin D3 in Human Breast Cancer Tissue. Cyclin D3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using Human Cyclin D3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6570) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
