Handling

IHC (frozen and paraffin), Immunoblotting. IHC: use at 1-10ug/ml. Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 minutes. #3339 on paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma. #3339 on paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Immunoblotting: use at 1-5ug/ml. A band of 53kDa is detected. #3339 on untreated (-) and treated (+) HCT116 cell extracts. These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
